As an international student, you can only apply to an institution in Mexico by applying directly using the admission section of the university. To achieve this, you have to visit the webpage of the University for Proper Guidance, locate the admissions department.
The admission requirements are not the same for all institutions but you may be asked to take an entrance exam, and/or a test of language proficiency depending on your country of residence.
